Flower Route around our hotel

To follow and admire our beautiful flower route in the spring! In collaboration with Frylink & Zonen, Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden has created a beautiful flower route around the hotel. All sorts of different types of tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other flower bulbs can be seen along the route. In total, it concerns no less than 11,000 flower bulbs that have been planted around our hotel. Many flowers can also be admired in the spring in the Keukenhof in Lisse.

Follow the Flower Route

All flowers have signs on which you can see what kind of flower it is. By scanning the QR code, you can request more information via your smartphone and order the flower bulbs directly on the internet. Are you in our area or are you staying in our hotel? Frylink & Zn. Export B.V. - Royal Park

The flower route is an initiative of Hotel Van der Valk Sassenheim-Leiden and Frylink & Zn. This flower bulb export company, founded in 1866, started as a family business, just like Van der Valk. After four generations of Frylink, the company was taken over by the current management in 1990. Frylink & Zn. gained fame as Keukenhof's "first preferred supplier" in 1949 and exports flowers and plants all over the world under the Royal Park brand name.

Via the webshop on their website Royal Park Frylink, private individuals from all over the world can now also order flower bulbs directly from this renowned company.
