Come and enjoy the Live Cooking buffet every 2 weeks on Saturday evenings from 17:30 to around 20:30. Includes hotel accommodation and extensive breakfast buffet.

Experience the famous Van der Valk Saturday night buffet and then stay overnight in one of our spacious Comfort or Deluxe hotel rooms, including an extensive breakfast buffet the next morning. Moreover, as a hotel guest, you have free use of the sauna and fitness facilities, the car park and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The Live Cooking Buffet includes house wine, draught beer, water, soft drinks and coffee/tea (max. 6 alcoholic drinks per person). Please note; different conditions and rates apply on Dutch public holidays. Specials are also excluded from this package, such as with the FishFestival, Game Buffet and Indian Style Buffet.

Buffet including activities for children

Enjoy a fun evening with the entire family; during the Live Cooking Buffet, the most fun children's activities are organised in the World Eaters Kids Corner, where supervision is provided. This allows mum and dad to also enjoy their evening out and have a nice dinner while the little ones are being entertained.

Enjoy the versatile surroundings  

The beautiful Dutch Flower Bulb Region is of course known for its vast bulb fields and Keukenhof in spring, but the region is versatile all year round as there is plenty to experience. With the beach and polder area of the Kagerplassen within cycling distance, beautiful cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel and the possibility of exploring the historic centre of Leiden or The Hague, there is something for everyone. The region is also highly recommended for children, as there are many amusement parks, playgrounds and other activities nearby for the whole family to enjoy.
