On Saturday, March 1, 2025, the carnival festivities will once again burst into life in Sassenheim with the traditional parade by CV De Saksen! Put on your best costume and enjoy the colorful procession winding through the streets. The route starts at JP. Gouverneurlaan and winds through Parklaan, Hoofdstraat, Teylingerlaan, Westerstraat, and Hortuslaan, returning to JP. Gouverneurlaan, ending at Residentie 't Onderdak.
