Every week on Sunday from 11:00 to 13:30 at Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden, come and enjoy the delicious Sunday brunch in the Live Cooking buffet restaurant! The extensive options of the breakfast buffet, supplemented with various luxury extras, such as a glass of bubbles, seasonal soups, freshly cut carpaccio, various composed salads, various savoury pies and snacks. You will also find various sweet temptations such as longueurs, a chocolate fountain and profiteroles.

Coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices are included with Sunday brunch. Optionally, when booking your table, you can opt for a number of luxury etagères or a festive finale with ice cream cake (including fireworks) to complement.
