As Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden we always looking for improvement and growth in our business and our employees.

We attach value to the investment of our employees in terms of professionality and personal development. In 2015 we started a project aimed to the sustainable capability and development of our employees. This project is partly supported with subsidy of the ‘European Social Fonds’ (ESF). With the support of ESF, Van der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden wants to contribute a sustainable capability and permanent development of her employees.
